Journey Plan Overview Help

This screen presents you with a summary of a number of journey plans. They are presented as Journey Option 1, 2… etc, with summary information: departure and arrival times, transport modes used, duration of entire journey, and the number of changes required.

Map Button

If you want to view the route of this particular journey, click the "Map” button. This will open the map screen where the journey will be shown. You will be able to click through the various journey legs on the map.

View Journey Button

To view detailed information for any of the presented journeys click the "View Journey" button.

First journey

If you wish to see what time the earliest journey can be made between the points you have selected, click the "First Journey" button.

Last journey

If you wish to see what the latest time you can make the journey between the two points you have selected, click the "Last Journey" button.

Earlier Button

If you would like to view earlier journey options than are presented, click the "Earlier" button. If earlier journeys can be found they will be presented on screen.

Later Button

If you would like to view later journey options than are presented, click the "Later" button. If later journeys can be found they will be presented on screen.

Return Journey Button

You may plan your return journey by clicking the "Return Journey" button. This will automatically switch your to and from locations so that you can search for a return journey.

Direct Journey Button

Click the "Direct Journey" button if you wish to view any direct journeys between your origin and destination locations. If no direct journeys exist between the two points, you will be informed.

Alter Journey Button

You may alter the settings of your current enquiry by pressing the "Alter Journey" button.

New Journey Button

Click this if you would like to start your enquiry from scratch.
